What file size limit applies?

The maximum upload size is 100 MB per file. Videos must be no longer than 10 minutes and no higher than 1080p resolution.

How long are my files stored?

All uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted after 60 minutes. We do not retain any files beyond this window.

Is my file processed on the server or in my browser?

Files are uploaded to our server and processed using FFmpeg. This allows us to handle large files and complex conversions reliably. Files are deleted after 60 minutes.

Can I upload any video or audio file?

You may only upload files you own or have explicit authorization to process. Do not upload copyrighted content you do not own. See our Copyright Policy for details.

Why did my conversion fail?

Common reasons include: file exceeds size or duration limits, unsupported codec, or corrupted file. Try a different file or format. If the problem persists, contact us.

Do I need to create an account?

No. All tools are available without registration. No email address or personal information is required.

Is this tool free?

Yes, all tools are free to use. The site is supported by non-intrusive advertising.

What browsers are supported?

All modern browsers are supported: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. JavaScript must be enabled.
